References

Two letters of recommendation from a teacher, counselor or administrator are required. Have him or her comment on your recent performances and promise for college-level work, as well as other factors indicating your potential for future success.

Work Experience and School Activities

List all activities and/or organizations in which you have participated in while in high school. Include offices you have held; honors you have received and any other information you consider relevant. In addition, list all job experiences and/or volunteer activities in which you have participated in during the past four years.

Personal Statement

On a separate sheet of paper; write a statement about how receiving the Colton Burran Memorial Scholarship would help you attain the degree, or help put you on the career path that you plan on striving for.
